This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships across key segments.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments for both trading and Lifecycle productsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Collaborate with in-house teams (purchasing, operations, management) to ensure order completion and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate CRM records by updating customer records on outreach and quotingProvide regular updates on market activity, customer feedback, and competitive positioningForecast sales pipeline and revenue opportunities with accuracyBuild and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers, and distributorsCustomer Engagement & New Business DevelopmentProactively identify and target new customers through cold outreach, networking, and industry channelsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent prospecting activityEngage decision-makers and influencers to generate new sales opportunities and expand into untapped accountsDrive account penetration and upsell opportunities Lead negotiations and strategic discussions with customersStay current on solar technologies, market trends, and regulatory changesConduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentationsQualifications3–5 years of experience in solar sales, technical sales, design and engineering backgroundStrong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and installation practicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable with speaking and presenting to clients and sales teamProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
