Glendale Pediatrics | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Glendale, CA
Join Our Dedicated Team!
Glendale Pediatrics, a physician-owned private pediatric practice, is looking for a friendly, compassionate, energetic, and highly organized Pediatric Triage Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is an important front-line administrative role for someone who enjoys helping families, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As part of our triage and administrative team, you will be one of the first points of contact for parents and caregivers reaching out with questions or concerns about their children. You will help ensure that each family feels heard, supported, and connected with the appropriate member of our medical team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is warm and approachable, provides excellent customer service, remains calm under pressure, and confidently manages multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Pediatric healthcare experience is a plus, but we are especially interested in someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to help children and their families.
About the Role:
The Pediatric Triage Administrative Assistant works closely with our physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team to coordinate patient communication and care. This position does not provide medical advice or clinical assessment.
