Roy has broad management consulting and executive experience, including considerable experience leading complex procurement efforts.
Roy has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and senior executive. He has worked across many different industries and virtually every business function. He has managed and led scores of engagements and has experience building and working with diverse project teams.
Roy is the CEO of Forseti Partners LLC, a management consulting firm. In addition, Roy has served as the Vice President of Planning and Analysis for Amtrak, was an engagement manager at McKinsey and Company, and worked extensively as a design engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries.
Roy holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Cornell University. In addition, he is a licensed professional engineer.

As a strategist, Roy is particularly adept at translating complex data sets into compelling stories. Weaving together technical expertise with his own experience as a leader and entrepreneur, Roy has the ability to translate sophisticated quantitative analysis into tangible, actionable plans for making change and delivering results.
