Developed category-specific strategies for a complete range of manufactured components and services, from fasteners and machining to complex titanium and exotic metal castings.  In addition, worked to develop an effective organizational approach for global category management.

– Led a procurement improvement exercise for a large governmental organization with >$2B in external purchasing across an incredible range of products and services. Delivered targeted improvements in specific spend categories in a complex political environment, including >40% cost reduction on a $50M multi-year sole-source contract.
